You have up to 2 hours to check and verify the list of items been delivered to you. Please feel free to contact our customer care on (800 baraka) for any concerns or observations pertaining the quality of the delivered items. Because we care, we offer full money back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.
For the following scenarios (a) Albaraka orders will issue full refunds, if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect one. (b) Albaraka orders will issue a partial refund if part of your order is missing. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days on the Debit / Credit cards bank payment gateway, and they will be paid only through the Original Mode of payment, or to your ewallet at site.
The Customer Refund procedure might take up to two billing cycle to show in your bank statement. The customer has to follow up with his bank in case of any delays. Albaraka orders will share the refund advice printed from the Payment gateway as refence in case the customer wants to check the status with his bank.
Albaraka Orders will bear the full charges for returning the items in concerns or delivering the missing items if any.
